Upgrades to +15, stats and requirements increase with each upgrade. Drops from monsters level 75+, e.g. Alquamos, Axe Warrior, Bloody Wolf. Has an excellent version: it's stronger than normal, but requires more stats and drops from monsters 25 levels higher.
